I hear ya Dan, when I was looking at it on the back of the camera I was sure I had got them bang in focus, but as soon as you drop below about f/4 or 5 on a shot this close it becomes so hard to tell. Good job I wasn’t shooting this at f/1.4 :P

This is rad, i love how you’ve muted the colours to make it look more like autumn. I do feel like I want the eyes to be sharp, though.

Thanks Kirsten, but if you are coming to live in the UK you are going to have to start calling fall autumn. :P Ash, I am super happy with it, and keep your eyes on my flickr, I don't think this lens will be coming off my camera much… well at least not until I get my 100mm f/2.0.

I love the 50mm f/1.4 lens. It’s one of my favourites. Also, loving the first photo.
Photo shoots in fall = amazing
