Mablethorpe

Just got back from another weekend away with Spadge in the Cabin. On Friday we took a ride out to the small costal town of Mablethrope to enjoy some of England’s finest eastern seaside. Beach walks, red slush, novelty rock, donkeys & nintendo grabber machines were just some of the things we enjoyed.

FYI — Fridays in Mablethrope are crazy windy.

  • Enjoy seeing your blog posts about more ‘casual’ things as well! I want my seaside to have donkeys, instead of pikeys!

  • I really like the atmosphere of this picture.

Nice shots! But, use you Aperture? Which filter you applied on images?

  • Thanks all!

Johnny, I do use Aperture. I don’t use a ‘filter’ (not sure what you mean by that) I do alsorts of things to edit a photo. Colour curves, exposure, white balance etc… not really sure how to answer your question. I don’t have a magic button to push to make my photos look the way they do, I spent a lot of time editing them to find something that works well for the shot.

Well, good! You’ve answered me. Thanks.
I thought you had used some preset in Aperture. But it is not. Fine!
