Yesterday I completed my second Project 50. For those that don’t know Project 50 consists of 50 photos over 50 sequential days taken with a 50mm lens. That’s a lot of 50s, right? So yeah, started on the 1st of July & fifty days later I was done! A lot of you know that last year I did a photo a day for a year (See the set on flickr) you would think that fifty photos in a row must be a walk in the park. Well that would be true if I had approached it in the same way I did my 365 but for this project I wanted to keep the quality really high the whole way through.
I need your help!
I am 1 of 5 people on a shortlist of bloggers, the winner of which gets to go to New York by the Vtravelled Blog next week! How cool would that be!
Yesterday me and the crew made the 3 hour drive south to the fair city of Bristol for the launch of the 2nd series of the Jam Factory & Crazy Label Droplets. It was a really awesome day, Gav let me get in early to take some shots of the customs, the quality of work was unbelievable! There is no way I could pick a favourite! I even did a few portrait shots with the man him self & the GIANT droplet.
Today was my last day at work for 9 whole days! Woo! But that doesn’t mean I’m having a week off to relax, I’ve got loads on! I’m attending a few events, doing a shoot, it’s my birthday & I wanna hit 6 of the top 10 coffee shops in the UK.
So let me give you a little background, 365 days ago I didn’t have a digital single lens reflex camera, or even a film single lens reflex camera, or any ‘proper’ sort of camera, in fact I had never had one…
