Before we start let me warn you this isn’t going to be an unbiased review, I will not be being objective, I am here to declare my love for this lens.

Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 USM

I’m not a stranger to this lens, several of my friends have it so, I’ve used plenty in the past. It came up pre owned in my local camera store at a pretty reasonable price and it was in good-as-new condition. Awesome, I’m making the transition to all primes and this lens is on my list, so I had it!

It’s by the guys at Hellamega, predominantly the very creative Andrew Cornett & the very enthusiastic Michael Perry. It’s been online for a little over a year now & it’s already seeing great success.
