Fifty of Fifty
Ashley & I have just come to the end of Project50, this has consisted of 50 photos, over 50 days with a 50mm lens. I have done my P50 within/along side my ThreeSixFive, which has been pretty cool as it’s given a little direction & structure to the project (which it has been needing).
The nicest thing about doing this has been doing it with friends, some of them dropped out, some of them have had a little break, one of them even completed it with me. It’s been a good project & really given me a chance to put that nifty fifty lens though it’s paces.
When I realised that I would be staying with Ashley for the final day of the project I thought it could be kinda cool to do some sort of joint photo, so I came up with a of a concept & talked her through it, she loved the idea. I’ve put together a mini site – fiftyoffifty.co.uk – which shows of this final image as well as rounding up the rest of the project all on one page. Check it out!

The project was fun and not at all taxing. Sure, some days I reverted to snapping whatever was in front of me due to lack of inspiration/being busy, other days a lot more thought went in to it. Regardless, I’ve come to know my camera a lot better. Don’t think you’ll see me attempting a 365 :p

Congrats on finishing Project 50. I’m not too surprised that I didn’t finish but I got further than I thought I would have. I need to do it at a time when I don’t have a lot of things going on. I’m glad you and Ashley shared your photos with us, they were all very inspiring. :)
