This killed me… I’m dead… I’m finished… I’m gone… This real life is over & I can hide again, withdraw into darkness… I’m not typing any more — watch the video.

You can check this shot on my flickr too (go favourite & comment yeah?), uploaded at super size so you can see all the fine details.
If you want to keep up with this project (hint: you totally do) then you should follow me on twitter & add me as a contact on flickr. #fact!

Rick, thanks for sticking with the project. You’ve been a MASSIVE inspiration and I’ve eagerly awaited every photo for 50 evenings.
Good luck in the next life!

Hey Rick, I descovered your profile on Flickr a few days ago. Your style hit me with the identity, so I red a bit here and there about your work. What you said now surprised me, because looking at your photos (which look real cool) that it’s all “easy-peasy”, like it’s no big deal to achive for you because you have experience. So what is actually the hardest thing in a project – think of an interesting shot every day, or something else?

Congratulations man. So 365 next yeah?

Hi there. I sort of bumped into your flickr accidentally but I’m amazed with what I saw. So great job for all of those 50 pictures. They are awesome!

Animated gif FTW!! I like your honesty in the video, I had the feeling this project was tough for you and after following your past projects I could see it in your photos as well. Honestly, you still have added some fantastic images to your photo folio in this series, but most importantly for people like myself who come to your blog to see the behind the scenes, you have been immensely helpful. The diagrams, the videos, the background information, but most of all your commitment to stick it out till the end and see the project through is a true credit to you.
I don’t blame you for never wanting to ever do another daily project, but if future Rick ever does change his mind you will secretly be making a lot of other followers of your work very happy. I’d be excited to see you take your skills into the world of video too. Congrats on completing another great project!

It’s been fun watching your project happen; really good job for sticking with it. You have inspired me to try some different photo techniques, so thanks for that.
