A nice easy shot today as I spent 6 hours in a chair being stabbed thousands of times by Mitch. No really, I did — he started my comic book inspired Crow sleeve. My second piece by him, he did my leg too, so stoked off his work. I just wanted to grab a nice it in progress, of the tattoo, &ampl I didn’t wanna lug a huge amount of gear so I used my Westcott 43 inch Collapsible Umbrella, which is rad because it collapses to half size and fits in my bag, a light stand & my tripod. Simples. Check the super shaky video for more details. Also if you have Instagram you can find me on there with a bunch more photos of the tattoo.

Watch Me

You can check this shot on my flickr too (go favourite & comment yeah?), uploaded at super size so you can see all the fine details.

If you want to keep up with this project (hint: you totally do) then you should follow me on twitter & add me as a contact on flickr. #fact!

Dave, I think it was caffeine + having to sit still for 6 hours… not really a combination I would recommend.

Well, I liked the video but it’s hard to listen you speaking & your british accent is much different for us american speakers. You may just speak a little slower Rick. Not that I appreciate the vid thoguh.
