A friend needed/wanted a ftl ligature so I busted them one out, I thought it might be nice to share it with the internetz too. How nice am I? It’s to sit with Garamond, and you can download it as an eps file or as an Illustrator file (CS1 legacy format). Let me know what you think.

Looks awesome dude! Kinda reminds me of the columns and archways you see in Roman architecture although my mind may well be thinking like that as I’ve just watched Kevin McCloud’s Grand Tour ;)

I love it dude! It reminds me of this http://www.music-dash.co.uk/siteimages/covers/afi.jpg which is not a bad thing in any way:)

Hey Miss Noftle! You could at least post a thank you on my blog :P
Rick
Thanks guys, glad you like it. Dan, yeah — it is a little like the AFI logo, I saw them live a life time ago, fuck they are still one of my favourite bands.

I don’t know how to give myself a picture on here :(

Also, you may have a mini spelling error on the side nav bar…I think it may be “category” rather than “cattegory” :)

Hey Rick!
Seen this on your Flickr profile and thought it was gorgeous. Infact, so gorgeous that I had to pop over to your site and tell you. It’d be nice to see how you created the concept from start to finish. Perhaps another blog post for you?
Hope you’re keeping well.
Rick
Thanks Lizzie! :)
You can get a photo by going to http://gravatar.com and uploading. I should probably say that somewhere. Oh I fixed the spelling mistake too, good spot.
Awesome Jack, I’m glad you like it. I still have all the source files so I’ll put together a step by step, I should have thought of that when I posted it.
