32 — The Blue Cord
This week I had a set of twins, a bunch of fields & a sunset at my disposal. I wanted to do something that showed the link they share. No matter what happens, where they are or what they do they will always be connected.
I’ve never really spent a lot of time around twins before, but obviously over the last 2 years that has changed. It’s really interesting to see how close Spadge & Rosie are — it’s almost effortless. Probably as a result of their closeness, they have their own idiosyncrasies. These go way beyond inside jokes & freaky twintuition, we even travelled 200 miles north to find out that they’d both brought the exact same outfit — which worked out very nicely for this photo!
I came across an article while surfing the net that mentioned that twins are “eternally connected to one another by a silvery/blue cord which can NEVER be severed” — I can believe it.

Keeping it simple for this shot with just one big light up high. Worked very well with sun behind.
