This would have made a better breakfast than dinner, but it was still delicious. Comes in two sizes, normal and holy shit thats big.
Calories: Who cares Servings: Not enough Cook Time: Too damn long! Dish: Breakfast, lunch or dinner, sandwiches are good any time.
A green pepper
A small onion (or half a large one)
A handful of mature cheddar cheese
4 slices of thick white bread
A garlic clove
A lump of butter
Melt the butter, finely chop the garlic, and mix into the butter with a little salt and pepper, add a table spoon of olive oil. Brush the mixture onto the bread, and place in the oven until golden brown.
Dice the ham, pepper and onion, add to a pan with some olive oil on a low heat. Whisk the eggs, mix in the cheese and season with salt, pepper and thyme. Once the onion and pepper are soft, add the egg to make the omelette.
Once cooked, cut into quarters and place inside the toasted bread. Put it in your mouth.
