This is my new method of taking self portraits, I think it worked pretty well!

  • Lens: Canon 50mm F/1.4 & 28mm F/1.8
  • Flashes: Canon 580ex, 2 430ex & 3 YN460
  • Accessories: 6 light stands, 6 light brackets, 2 Westcott Apollos, 2 tripods & RF-602 Triggers.

Camera Settings

  • Shutter Speed: 1/160th
  • Aperture: F/2.2
  • ISO: 400
