Building myself a dedicated website for my photography portfolio has been on my to-do-list for a long time, last weekend it finally made it to the top. The aim for this site was not to replace my Flickr stream, but to run alongside it. Flickr is great, but it’s very hard for someone to get a good all round feel of your photography skills & style. This portfolio site will be kept up-to-date with my best/favourite photos.
Just before Christmas my friend Andrew got in touch with me about putting together some album artwork for some of his mixes that he puts out under the name The Thundacracka. The whole brief was, “I want some artwork with an AC-130 on it, the Decepticon icon & it needs to look good on an iPhone screen.” how could I turn that down?
A while ago I put together some icons for the Kingston DataTravelers, someone requested them a couple of weeks ago & that made me realise they weren’t on my site anymore. They are OS X formatted .icns files for the 1GB, 2Gb, 4GB & 8GB models.
Today I’ve launched a new site for Lincoln based photographer James Arnold, I know I know… working on Christmas day but it seemed like a good time to put the site live. You know, all you guys are probably sitting around, twiddling your thumbs, waiting for your mum/wife/girlfriend/mistress to cook your dinner, so you turn to the internet for entertainment and BAM you see a new site up! Genius right?
A friend needed/wanted a ftl ligature so I busted them one out, I thought it might be nice to share it with the internetz too. How nice am I?
