9 — The Shining Cosplay — Play With Us
There is something creepy about twins… Stephen King knows it, you know it, I know it. But that’s part of what makes them so endearing isn’t it?
Spadge & Rosie wanted to revisit the The Shining inspired shot we did almost 7 years ago (what is time?). The girls did an awesome job sourcing costumes, but the location proved difficult. Any creepy corridors we could use were either too narrow, or too office-y. So in the end I decided that almost anywhere would work, as long as it had a mostly symmetrical background, and I flooded it with enough blood red light!
The shots came out great, but I have fallen in love with how the 2nd shot came out… quadruple rim light might just be my new jam!
Today is the twins birthday, and let me tell you planet earth is better for having them on it. Happy birthday to the two raddest twins I know!
